The clinical parts of me

I graduated from Lesley University with an emphasis on mind-body modalities. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and have achieved advanced EMDR Certification level 3, and provide EMDR Consultation to other clinicians. I have post graduate training in parts work, expressive arts therapy, somatic modalities, mindfulness, positive psychology, neurodivergence, inner child work, attachment work, and structural dissociation. I also am skilled in using fan favorite treatments, such as CBT and DBT. I am competent in working with people of all works of life, including but not limited to POC, LGBTQ+, and the Orthodox Jewish population. The human in me sees the human in you.

The not so clinical parts of me

I am an avid nature lover, which provides a nice balance to my otherwise urban lifestyle. I aim to visit as many National Parks in my lifetime as humanly possible, and am open to recommendations! When I am not on the side of a mountain I enjoy my love of nature close to home, as I am often found in my garden in the warmer months. I am also passionate about animal advocacy, have a bizarre amount of knowledge on neonatal kitten care, and will most likely have a kitten or two that I am fostering. Happy to share cute kitten photos upon request.
