I use a creative and effective approach to guide people to heal their pain in a way that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I emphasize trauma informed care, attachment approaches, and somatic work to ensure that you deepen your capacity to connect with yourself and others. Together, we will create a framework for healing that is personalized to your needs. My goal is to uncover the root of behavior that is no longer serving your highest good and realign your system with your values.

  • Therapeutic Relationship Focused: Trauma that happens in relationships is healed through healthy relationships. The therapeutic relationship becomes a non judgemental laboratory to explore attachment and relational dynamics in real time, with the goal for you to take that insight with you into your relationships with others and yourself. Protecting the integrity and safety of the therapeutic relationship is my specialty, so you can focus on learning to trust again.
